Here’s Why….
I “sort-of” kept track of my training, injuries, and runs over the years. But everything was disjointed. Then I read Sara Kurth’s article “… Keeping a Running Journal”
I started to understand the importance of the connections between my running world and my non-running world; how they affect each other, how they can benefit each other. Sara recommends a handwritten running journal. I checked it out; there IS science to “the pen”.
Sara’s article is worth the read. Food for thought, and hopefully for many, implementation. You may have to dodge around a few promos, but her content is worth it. Here’s the link: https://www.sarakurth.com/why-running-journal/
